Why Aspartame is Bad

ASPARTAME:

Roaches and ants won’t eat it, cats and dogs won’t eat it, even house flies won’t eat it — but the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) serves Aspartame to you with their approval and the approval of the Monsanto Chemical Company.

The FDA and the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) have received nearly 7,000 complaints, including five deaths, attributed to the use of aspartame in food products since the FDA first permitted limited use in 1981. A number of researchers and doctors around the country object not only to the product itself, but to the questionable preliminary research that led the FDA to approve it’s use.

There are 90 documented symptoms including: Headaches, Muscle spasms, Irritability, Heart palpitations, Loss of taste, Joint pain, Dizziness, Weight gain, Tachycardia (heart racing), Breathing difficulty, Tinnitus (ringing in the ears), Blurred vision, Seizures, Rashes, Insomnia, Anxiety attacks, Vertigo, Hearing loss, Nausea, Depression, Blindness, Slurred Speech, Memory Loss, Fatigue, Numbness.

How I Felt May of 2020

I’m very emotional this morning. Riots, people being killed, people feeling unsafe, people feeling hopeless because of an incompetent leader, neighborhoods being destroyed, pandemic, racism…the list goes on.

It’s so much to take in. If great leaders are going to emerge, nows the time. Someone needs to help navigate us. Who we have now isn’t cutting it. Great leaders unite, inspire, and help guide their people not use their ignorance to tear them apart. We need the great uniters not the great divider. We need to start being leaders and stop following blindly.

Challenge: Do something in your community to help unite your people and change the focus on this unrest.

Don’t let hate and fear blind us. If everyone did one small thing to help, then great changes will happen. Even if that one thing is voting and encouraging people to register to vote. Use your voice. Exercise your right to vote.

Listening Check

Listening check, observe yourself today. Are you really listening to understand? Or are you waiting to pass on your own wisdom instead?

Allow Yourself to Grow

I know we want to see immediate results in everything we, but that’s just not realistic. Everyone one is different. Everyone goes into anything with different skill sets, contacts, why’s, and goals.

Do NOT get into the comparison game. The person who sees results or success quickly might be 14 years into their “overnight success” when you’re only 1 year in. The difference is time, consistency, grit, and perseverance. You never lose or fail unless you quit.

Be gracious with your own personal growth and successes. We do not need to be our own worst critic. The world has enough of those. Keep on moving forward.

You’re time will come!
