How often do you reevaluate the amount of water you drink?💧
I’ve gotten better throughout the years but always need to rethink and decide if my current water intake is working for my body because I feel it’s never enough!
💧Not drinking enough water can cause dehydration, which causes foggy thinking, fatigue, headache, DRY SKIN, weakened immune, mood change, cause your body to overheat, constipation, abdominal pain and kidney stones.
💧In general, your urine should be clear or PALE yellow.
Since I can’t guzzle a whole glass at once, I take big sips all day, and add the following to make it easier.
Lemon 🍋 Ginger, Orange 🍊 slices, Cucumber 🥒, Berries.
