If you feel a sharp pain in your joints (like knees or ankles), that’s your body’s gentle nudge to adjust or stop. Muscle soreness from a good stretch? That’s usually okay! Legs falling asleep from sitting? Also usually fine, as long as they don’t lose color. We’re building strength and flexibility, not forcing anything.
