The Monday Challenge: Try to notice how many times today you start to complain about a situation. When you catch yourself, stop mid-sentence and try to find a solution or name one thing that is actually going right in that moment. It’s like being the DJ of your own life—if you don’t like the song, change the track! 🎧

Or, if you need a little more energy to get moving:
