
How often do you reevaluate the amount of water you drink?π§
I’ve gotten better throughout the years but always need to rethink and decide if my current water intake is working for my body because I feel it’s never enough!
π§Not drinking enough water can cause dehydration, which causes foggy thinking, fatigue, headache, DRY SKIN, weakened immune, mood change, cause your body to overheat, constipation, abdominal pain and kidney stones.
π§In general, your urine should be clear or PALE yellow.
Since I can’t guzzle a whole glass at once, I take big sips all day, and add the following to make it easier.
Lemon π Ginger, Orange π slices, Cucumber π₯, Berries.
