All exercise is useful in boosting our mood but there are forms of yoga for energy, sleep, centering, getting all the nooks and crannies of our emotions.
Physically yoga is there to push you just past your comfort zone and designed to stretch you and better you!! Another great part of yoga is It is accessible for all levels of fitness because there are modifications galore for every yoga pose/ posture!!
