QuickTips:
1. Get up and make your bed! Even if you don’t feel like it. I suffer from depression and anxiety, this has helped me so much. It seems silly but it really works.
2. Walk…doesn’t matter how fast…walk.
3. Breath fresh air
4. Eat the rainbow
5. Cut out sugar (this will make a huge impact)
6. Cut out greasy food. yes…it’s delicious, but what it does to your body makes you feel tired and disgusting.
7. Drink water before, between, and after zips.
8. Have reasonable expectations. If it took you 10 years to put on 50 lbs, give yourself grace. It won’t come off in a month. Keep working and sipping. You deserve to work on you.
9. Self Care is important. Take time each day for yourself. I box each day and that’s the thing I do for myself. Take care of you.
10. Read- It keeps your mind sharp.
