Sometimes it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by how far we have to go. We look at the towering trees and forget they all started as a tiny seed, pushing through the dark earth.
As the wise Seneca said, “Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end.” Think about that for a moment. Every accomplishment, every milestone, every moment of growth has its roots in a first step, often a hesitant one.
Don’t let the vastness of the journey ahead paralyze you. Remember the words of Lao Tzu: “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”
