“9 week check in was yesterday!
I cry because Iβm so happy. Iβm blown away. Iβm shook. Itβs still hard to believe.
I started Nov 3 at 204.4 pounds. Today, Jan 5th, Iβm down to 188.8!! A total of 15.6 pounds in 9 weeks !
I started this journey feeling defeated. Hopeless. This was going to be the LAST product I tried. I figured if it didnβt work, Iβd send it back and just deal with being overweight and miserable. Iβd find a way to live with it.
When I lost 10 pounds in just a few weeks I thought it was too good to be true. I was for sure the weight loss was just water weight, Iβd gain it back and stop losing.
Especially since I had MANY ppl telling me I would.
Boy was I wrong. And so were they. Not only has the weight stayed off, I have continued to lose!!!

And not only am I losing weight, Iβm energized, Iβm satisfied, Iβm not a slave to food, I FEEL GOOD, Iβm sleeping good, Iβm motivated, Iβm freaking happy. I havenβt had my anxiety meds in 5 days and I feel incredible!!
I have purposely NOT changed my diet or added in exercise yet. I really wanted to put this to the test. Imagine where Iβd be with adding exercise!
I am doing:
Drink 100+ oz a day.
The drink makes me eat less and crave less sugar. So I have cut calories because of this though not intentional.
Drink my lemonade twice a day. Once in the morning with no food. Then at dinner before during or after dinner. Whenever I remember π
Have more energy so I am cleaning and moving more naturally.”
