My Nighttime Routine

To Do:

  • Write down top 3 tasks for tomorrow:
    • [ ] Finish drafting the report for the [Project Name] meeting.
    • [ ] Schedule appointments for [Client Name] and [Client Name].
    • [ ] Pack gym bag for tomorrow’s workout.

Nighttime Activities:

  • 15 minutes before bed:
    • [ ] Brush teeth
    • [ ] Wash face
    • [ ] Apply moisturizer
    • [ ] Empty bladder/bowels
  • 30 minutes before bed:
    • [ ] Dim the lights
    • [ ] Read a chapter of a book
  • 60 minutes before bed:
    • [ ] Warm bath with Epsom salts
    • [ ] Listen to calming music

Electronics:

  • Phone and laptop will be placed on the nightstand, face down, and on “Do Not Disturb” mode.

Remember: Consistency is key! Stick to your routine as much as possible to reap the benefits of improved sleep quality and reduced stress.
