My Nighttime Routine
To Do:
- Write down top 3 tasks for tomorrow:
- [ ] Finish drafting the report for the [Project Name] meeting.
- [ ] Schedule appointments for [Client Name] and [Client Name].
- [ ] Pack gym bag for tomorrow’s workout.
Nighttime Activities:
- 15 minutes before bed:
- [ ] Brush teeth
- [ ] Wash face
- [ ] Apply moisturizer
- [ ] Empty bladder/bowels
- 30 minutes before bed:
- [ ] Dim the lights
- [ ] Read a chapter of a book
- 60 minutes before bed:
- [ ] Warm bath with Epsom salts
- [ ] Listen to calming music
Electronics:
- Phone and laptop will be placed on the nightstand, face down, and on “Do Not Disturb” mode.
